What is the return eligibility?
 
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following criteria:
·         Initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of delivery.
·         Items must be in the same condition: unworn or unused.
·         Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
·         The item should not pose any danger or hazard.
·         This does not apply to sale or gift items.
 
 
How do I initiate the return process?

How do I know the return is accepted?
 If your item is eligible for return (which is likely), and you initiated the return process successfully, we will wait to receive the product back. We will inspect the item and review the evidence you provided through email. Then we will notify you that your return is accepted.
 
How long does it take to be refunded?
 we will give you a full refund once your return is accepted. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund! How do you deliver/deposit the refund?
